Privacy Policy

Cab-Station Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") shall comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations, and this privacy policy, in order to protect the personal information provided by the user with respect to Visipa! (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 1 (Acquisition of Personal Information)

The Company shall be allowed to acquire personal information when:

    • (2) the user registers or posts information, etc., on the Service;
    • (3) the user has consented to cooperation between an external Service operated by a third party (hereinafter referred to as "External Service") and the Service;

  • 3 Since the Service is a service for the purpose of information sharing between users, information that the user has posted to the Service, except for the information which the Company has established as private, may be published through the Service, and may be subject to searches on search engines, etc., and is likely to be reused on other websites.

Article 10 (Governing Law)

The privacy policy shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Article 11 (Exclusive Jurisdiction)

 The Tokyo District Court shall be the court with exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance for any disputes arising over or in connection with the privacy policy.
